Song Hà means “twin rivers” in Vietnamese, and she moves with purpose: gentle and persistent, with a current that quietly shapes everything it touches. As a director and storyteller, she chases infinity—both within us and the world around us. Rooted in nature, she approaches every project as a way to help us remember just how vast and wild we really are.
Crafting Stories that Open Hearts
Song Hà has consulted as a storyteller and modeled for brands like Calvin Klein, American Eagle, Porsche, Square, Keys Soulcare, JVN, SavagexFenty and more. Her ability to weave narratives across diverse platforms highlights the intersection of her artistic sensibility and the commercial world, demonstrating her range as both a creative visionary and a collaborator.
Her published poems, essays, and fiction have appeared in Esquire, Elle, Teen Vogue, POETRY, Rookie, and more. Most recently, her essay on sex work was published in the anthology Sex and the Single Woman.
Her directorial debut, The Songs of Water, premieres this year at the New York LGBTQ Film Festival, offering a poetic reflection on trans communities as symbols of nature’s biodiversity and evolution. With her second film just completed, she continues to explore storytelling through programs with Netflix and the Transgender Film Center.
